Temporary Road Closures – Ridge and Birchard Roads

Please be advised that Cambridge Township is experimenting with an environmentally friendly dust palliative to try to control the dust and erosion of our dirt roads, and your road has been selected as a test area.

This project is scheduled to begin on Thursday, June 17, 2021, around 10:00 a.m., and will continue until approximately 2:00 p.m., weather permitting.

Accordingly, your road will be CLOSED during the application process of the product and for approximately 1 hour thereafter.  To ensure the proper application, as well as the results, it is imperative that no vehicular traffic operate on the closed roadways.

We would respectfully request that you please plan your necessary travel on this day accordingly.

Following the completion of the project, we would welcome your thoughts as to whether you believe the product works, or not, and what issues, if any, you experienced with it.  This will help us determine whether this product is something that the Township may consider using in the future.
