NOTICE TO BIDDERS
SEALED PROPOSALS for a Multi-Municipal Contract, titled Central Crawford County Joint Seal Coat Bid, will be accepted by Cambridge Township, 22530 Electric Drive, Cambridge Springs, PA 16403, via mail or delivered in person, until 10:00 am on May 6, 2022 for the following:

All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the Cambridge Township Municipal Building at the above address by appointment or delivered electronically by request. Please call Debra Merritt, Secretary/Treasurer at 814-398-8327 or 814-282-2709 to obtain the bidding documents.
Cambridge Township will act as primary contracting authority for this Multi-Municipal Contract. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to Cambridge Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at a Special Meeting to be held at the Cambridge Township Municipal Building on May 6, 2022 at 10:00 am. Awarding of this contract may or may not be conducted at this meeting.
Delegates from participating municipalities reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or portions thereof, to waive any irregularities therein and to award the contract in the best interest of the participating municipalities.
