Building Code Appeals Board

The Cambridge Township Building Code Appeals Board consists of three (3) members, as well as three (3) alternate members, appointed by the Board. These individuals are qualified to serve by virtue of their training and/or experience on matters pertaining to building construction.

The Board Code of Appeals provides a legal mechanism by which a property owner can appeal a Building Code Official’s decision, make a request for a variance from the building code requirements, or make a request for an extension of time in completing a project.
